Highlights of the 3rd CMA MSME Conclave & Awards 2026 in Kolkata
The 3rd CMA MSME Conclave & Awards 2026 was recently held by the Calcutta Management Association (CMA) at Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI) in Kolkata. The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, management professionals, and MSME entrepreneurs for a day of dialogue, learning, and recognition.
The conclave was skillfully conducted by Mr. Gautam Mukhopadhyay, an Executive Committee Member of CMA. The event began with the ceremonial lamp lighting and an Inaugural Address by Mr. Indranil Banerjee, President of CMA. The technical sessions covered topics such as "Ease of Doing Business: Realities and Roadmap for MSMEs in India" and "Labour Codes: the emerging HR agendas for MSMEs."
The post-lunch session focused on "Financing the Future: Access to Credit, Equity & Alternate Funding for MSMEs" and featured an interactive fireside chat. The event also included sessions on growth, discipline, resilience, and an engaging Business Quiz. The conclave concluded with the 3rd CMA MSME Awards Ceremony, recognizing outstanding MSMEs across various categories.
The award winners were acknowledged for their contributions, with the 1st and 2nd runners-up in each category also receiving recognition. The awards were presented by a distinguished group of dignitaries, including key members of CMA and industry experts. The Jury Members, who judged the nominations, were also felicitated for their valuable contributions.
