BTS fans can look forward to an exciting event as the group's highly-anticipated comeback performance will be streamed live on Netflix. The event, titled BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, is set to take place on March 21 at 8 p.m. KST and 7 a.m. EST at the iconic Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, South Korea. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will showcase their first comeback performance from their new album ARIRANG.
In addition to the live event, Netflix will also release a feature-length documentary film titled BTS: THE RETURN on March 27. Directed by Bao Nguyen and produced by This Machine and HYBE, the documentary follows BTS as they come together after completing their mandatory military service in South Korea to work on ARIRANG. The film captures their journey back to a collaborative creative environment, their thoughts on fame and time apart, and the album-making process.
Live Nation recently announced that all 41 stadium dates for the ARIRANG World Tour in North America, Europe, and the UK have sold out, totaling nearly 2.4 million tickets. The tour is scheduled to kick off on April 9, 2026, at Goyang Stadium in South Korea, with subsequent stops in Japan, North America, Europe, and the UK. Plans are also in place for an extensive global tour with over 80 shows, including stops in Latin America, Asia, and Oceania from the fall of 2026 through early 2027.
The ARIRANG tour will feature a unique 360-degree in-the-round stage setup, marking BTS's first headline performances together since the 'Permission To Dance On Stage' tour from 2021 to 2022. Fans can anticipate the release of BTS' new album, Arirang, on March 20, setting the stage for an exciting period ahead for the global K-pop sensation.
