A man from Cincinnati has been taken into custody for his 10th offense of driving under the influence, as reported by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The incident occurred late on a Friday night when a trooper noticed a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Timothy L. Lyles making multiple lane violations. Lyles was stopped after running a red light and showed signs of impairment during the traffic stop. It was revealed that Lyles had nine prior OVI convictions, making this his second felony offense. He faces charges related to traffic violations, driving under an OVI suspension, and operating a vehicle while impaired. Lyles is currently held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
