Ted Lasso Season 4: Cast Updates and What to Expect

Ted Lasso, the popular Apple TV series, is set to return for a fourth season after the initial three-season arc concluded in 2023. Creator and star Jason Sudeikis had previously stated that the story was complete but later announced that season 4 was in the works. The cast reunited in Kansas City to begin filming, with some familiar faces returning for the new season.

Jason Sudeikis will reprise his role as the titular character in season 4 of Ted Lasso. Hannah Waddingham, who plays Rebecca, and Juno Temple, who portrays Keeley, are also confirmed to return. Brendan Hunt, who plays Coach Willis, and Brett Goldstein as Roy will be back for the new season as well. Newcomers joining the cast include Sarah Reynolds, Anjana Vasan, and Kola Bokinni, among others.

However, not all original cast members will be returning for season 4. Phil Dunster, who played Jamie, will not be a series regular due to a scheduling conflict with another project. Cristo Fernández, who portrayed Dani Rojas, and Stephen Manas, who played Trent, were not mentioned in the season 4 press release, leaving their future on the show uncertain. Fans are eager to find out if other characters like Rupert, Sam, and Colin will make appearances in the upcoming season.

As production for season 4 of Ted Lasso continues, viewers can look forward to the return of some beloved characters and the introduction of new faces to the show. Stay tuned for more updates on the cast and storyline as the new season unfolds.
