Music Videos Compete for Best Production Design at Art Directors Guild Awards

Sabrina Carpenter and Lady Gaga will have their music videos competing against each other at the upcoming Art Directors Guild Awards. Sabrina's video for "Tears" and Gaga's video for "Abracadabra" are both nominated for their exceptional production design. Sabrina's video is inspired by The Rocky Horror Picture Show, while Gaga's video showcases intricate costumes and choreography.
Taylor Swift's video for "The Fate of Ophelia" and Coldplay's video for "All My Love" are also nominated in the same category. Swift's video features her in various time periods with different costumes and settings, while Coldplay's video stars Dick Van Dyke. The award for best production design will be given to the production design team behind the videos, not the artists themselves.
In addition to the ADG Awards, Sabrina Carpenter's video for "Manchild" is also nominated for best music video at the upcoming Grammy Awards. The ADG Awards ceremony is scheduled for February 28th, following the Grammy Awards on February 1st. It will be interesting to see which music videos will take home the prestigious awards.
