Florida State University Secures Quarterback Transfer: Ashton Daniels Commits to the Seminoles

Florida State University has been actively searching for a quarterback to add to their team. They initially showed interest in Colton Joseph and Anthony Colandria, but also explored DJ Lagway and Ashton Daniels. Joseph has committed to Wisconsin, while Colandria, Lagway, and Daniels visited FSU. Colandria and Lagway plan to visit other schools, possibly due to financial considerations. Despite this, FSU has secured a quarterback for their transfer class, with Auburn senior Ashton Daniels committing to the Seminoles. Daniels, who spent time with the coaching staff, brings experience but has had mixed performances in the past. He will join the quarterback room alongside Kevin Sperry and Jaden O'Neil, adding depth to the team. Daniels, a three-star prospect, started his college career at Stanford before transferring to Auburn. He will have one season of eligibility left to play for FSU.
