Ted Nugent and Night Ranger Rock Out to Damn Yankees' 'Coming Of Age' in Michigan Performance

Rock icon Ted Nugent recently shared a video of himself performing with his Night Ranger colleagues on a lively Michigan Saturday. The group played the popular Damn Yankees track "Coming Of Age," originally recorded by Nugent, Night Ranger's Jack Blades, Tommy Shaw from Styx, and Lynyrd Skynyrd's Michael Cartellone. "Coming Of Age" was the Damn Yankees' debut single from their self-titled album in 1990, reaching #60 on the US Hot 100 and #1 on the AOR charts, eventually achieving double Platinum status. Following their successful debut, the band released "Don't Tread" in 1992, which went Gold. However, the changing music landscape in 1994 led to the band receiving a million-dollar payment from their label to not record a third album.
