The Critics Choice Association (CCA) annually recognizes young actors under 21 in their best young performer category. Ahead of the upcoming Critics Choice Awards, The Hollywood Reporter interviewed six actors, aged 9 to 20, about their aspirations in Hollywood. Many of them dream of working with industry icons like Tom Cruise. Everett Blunck, Cary Christopher, Nina Ye, Shannon Mahina Gorman, Jacobi Jupe, and Miles Caton shared their thoughts on their future in the entertainment industry.

Fifteen-year-old Everett Blunck, known for his role in "The Plague," aims to connect with audiences through authentic and meaningful portrayals of characters. Ten-year-old Cary Christopher, from "Weapons," dreams of starring in an action movie alongside Matt Damon or Tom Cruise. Nine-year-old Nina Ye, of "Left-Handed Girl," hopes that films can help people discover their dreams.

Eleven-year-old Shannon Mahina Gorman, featured in "Rental Family," wants audiences to witness her growth as an actor and share her future acting aspirations. Twelve-year-old Jacobi Jupe, known for "Hamnet," envisions a lifelong career in acting filled with love and enjoyment. Twenty-year-old Miles Caton, from "Sinners," aspires to continue making films that have a positive impact on the world.

These young talents have big dreams and are determined to make a mark in the film industry. Their passion for acting and storytelling shines through in their ambitions and dedication to their craft.
