Triumph's Rock & Roll Machine Reloaded Tour: A New Lineup, A Fresh Perspective

Triumph is gearing up for their upcoming reunion tour with a new expanded lineup that will feature additional members sharing vocal and instrumental duties. The original trio of Gil Moore, Rik Emmett, and Mike Levine will be joined by Brent Fitz, Todd Kerns, and Phil X for the Rock & Roll Machine Reloaded tour in April, supported by April Wine. Moore assured fans that while Levine may have health challenges, he is eager to be part of the tour as much as possible. Moore and Emmett are committed to being present at every show, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

The new lineup will give Fitz, Kerns, and X their time to shine on stage, as they are accomplished musicians in their own right. Moore emphasized that they are not just sidemen but rock stars who will have their moments in the spotlight. The band has a plan for who will sing which songs, but they are open to changes once they start rehearsing in a larger venue with full production. The dynamic between the guitarists, Phil and Rik, promises to be exciting as they collaborate and showcase their talents.

Having two drummers on tour will be a first for Triumph, allowing Moore to potentially spend more time singing at the front of the stage. The band is looking forward to experimenting with different arrangements and seeing how the new lineup enhances their live performances. Kerns expressed his excitement for the tour and the opportunity to be part of a state-of-the-art show with a stellar setlist. The band aims to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans, showcasing their timeless music with a fresh perspective.
