Scheduled for release in April 2028, the star-studded cast includes Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison, and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr.
Mia McKenna-Bruce, who portrays Maureen Starkey, Ringo Starr's first wife, admitted in an interview that she was not a Beatles superfan before joining the project. Despite singing Beatles songs like "Eleanor Rigby" and "Yellow Submarine" in school, she had limited knowledge of the band. However, her perspective changed after being cast, and she now appreciates the Beatles' music.
Maureen Starkey, portrayed by McKenna-Bruce, played a significant role in Ringo Starr's life, grounding him during their marriage. Although she hasn't met Starr personally, McKenna-Bruce has heard about the deep connection he still feels for Maureen. She aims to portray Maureen as a warm and human character in the films.
