Arson Attack in Finglas: Five Hospitalized, Gardaí Appeal for Information

An arson attack on a house in Finglas, Dublin has resulted in five people, including three teenagers, being hospitalized. The incident occurred at Creston Avenue around 12:45am, with the local fire service extinguishing the fire. The five occupants of the house, including a woman in her 40s, a woman in her 20s, two male teenagers, and one female teenager, were taken to James Connolly Memorial and Temple Street Children’s hospitals by ambulance.

The injuries sustained by the female in her 40s and male juvenile are serious, while the injuries to the other three individuals are non-life-threatening. The scene has been secured for a technical examination, and Gardaí are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the Creston area between midnight and 1:00am to contact Finglas Garda Station.
