Tyler Perry, the renowned filmmaker, is facing a second sexual assault lawsuit from an actor who appeared in one of his movies. Mario Rodriguez, who had a minor role in Perry's 2016 film "Boo! A Madea Halloween," filed a lawsuit alleging that Perry sexually assaulted him and made unwanted advances over several years. Rodriguez is seeking $77 million in damages and has also sued Lionsgate, the movie's distributor, for allegedly ignoring Perry's misconduct. The lawsuit claims that Perry touched Rodriguez inappropriately during various encounters, including attempts to unbuckle his pants and placing Rodriguez's hands on his genitals. Rodriguez decided to take legal action after hearing similar allegations from another actor who sued Perry earlier. Perry's attorney has dismissed the lawsuit as a failed money grab.
