Taylor Swift-Inspired Disney Princess T-Shirt: A Fairytale Fashion Statement
The Disney Store has released a new Disney Princess t-shirt that appears to be inspired by a Taylor Swift song. The shirt features the embroidered phrase "Today was a Fairytale" on the front, along with a bow and heart design. The back of the shirt showcases screen art of Tiana, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, and Jasmine, all blushing with pink diamonds floating above them. This jersey knit shirt has an oversized fit, ribbed crew neck, dropped shoulders, short sleeves, and a high-low slit hem. It is made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester and is available in sizes XS to 3X.
The song "Today Was a Fairytale" was released by Taylor Swift in 2010 as a single for the film Valentine's Day. A re-recorded version, known as "Taylor's Version," was included in the 2021 re-recorded Fearless album. While the t-shirt is not officially branded to Taylor Swift, the singer has recently collaborated with Disney on The Eras Tour concert films and docuseries, with some of her tour costumes displayed at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
