These items were left to her in Samuel's will after she wrote a book about him. The episode was filmed in November last year, and just a few months later in April, Jillian was involved in an incident where she allegedly fired a gun at officers searching for a suspect near her Los Angeles residence. Initially facing charges of attempted murder of a peace officer, the charges were later reduced to assault and negligent discharge of a firearm. Due to mental health issues, Jillian was granted diversion by a judge, avoiding jail time. Recently, Jillian filed for divorce from Scott after two decades of marriage.
