Tyler, The Creator's MARTY SUPREME Collection: A Celebration of His Feature Acting Debut
Tyler, The Creator is making his feature acting debut in Marty Supreme alongside Timothée Chalamet and is launching a collection to celebrate the film's release. The MARTY SUPREME (a collection by TYLER OKONMA) draws inspiration from the film's 1950s setting, featuring a t-shirt design with Chalamet's character, Marty Mauser. The collection includes Marty-branded button-up tops and letterman-style jackets referencing Tokyo, a key setting in the film.
The MARTY SUPREME collection will be available starting this Friday (Dec. 19) at 8:00 a.m. PT through the Golf Wang app, the official Golf Wang site, and flagship stores. The collection is separate from the Marty Supreme-branded jacket by NAHMIAS and A24. Tyler's final full clothing collection for his le FLEUR* label was recently shared, adding to the excitement surrounding the MARTY SUPREME launch.
In Marty Supreme, Tyler impressively holds his own alongside Chalamet in a film written by Safdie and Ronald Bronstein. The story, brought to life through approximately 150 speaking parts, also features standout performances from Odessa A'zion. Tyler expressed his gratitude at a New York screening, acknowledging his lack of acting experience but embracing the opportunity to be part of the film.
