Druski Responds to Dismissal of Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault Involving Diddy and Odell Beckham Jr.

Druski has issued a response to the dismissal of a lawsuit in which he, along with Sean “Diddy” Combs and Odell Beckham Jr., were named as defendants. The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham in October 2024, was dismissed due to a failure to prosecute. The court documents revealed that the plaintiffs had missed required deadlines despite warnings, leading to the dismissal.

The order signed by United States District Judge Rita F. Lin noted that the plaintiffs' inability to obtain legal counsel did not seem to be due to a lack of capacity but rather a lack of willingness from counsel to take on the case. The dismissal is without prejudice, allowing the plaintiffs to file a new lawsuit if they secure legal representation and meet other legal requirements.

In a statement, Druski emphasized his innocence, citing evidence that he submitted to prove that he had no prior knowledge of the accuser. He expressed confidence that the lawsuit would be dismissed and denounced the allegations as false and motivated by greed. Druski thanked his supporters and highlighted the importance of not letting false accusations deter real survivors from speaking out against their abusers.

The lawsuit alleged that Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr. were involved in a sexual assault in California in 2018. Records indicated that Druski was in Georgia at the time, without any ties to the entertainment industry. Druski had sought sanctions against Parham and her legal team, and a judge later ruled that there was no reasonable factual basis to the claims against Druski in the alleged assault.
