Mark Chavez, 55, pleaded guilty to distributing ketamine and surrendered his medical license. He ran a ketamine infusion clinic in San Diego where Perry received the drug. Perry's death in 2023 was attributed to ketamine, which he was using for depression treatment. Another doctor, Salvador Plasencia, also supplied ketamine to Perry and was sentenced to federal prison for distributing the drug. Several individuals involved in Perry's death have pleaded guilty and face sentencing. Perry, known for his role on "Friends," struggled with addiction for years.
