Remembering Ozzy: Sharon Osbourne Shares Emotional Final Moments with Her Late Husband

Sharon Osbourne recently shared the last words her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, said to her before his passing. During an emotional interview, Sharon recounted the final moments with Ozzy, who passed away in July at the age of 76. Ozzy woke Sharon up at 4:30 a.m. and asked her to kiss and hug him tightly, which turned out to be his last words to her.
Sharon revealed that Ozzy had a routine of waking up early to exercise, and on the day of his death, he followed the same routine. He went downstairs to work out for 20 minutes before passing away. Sharon recalled finding out about his death after hearing commotion in the house and rushing downstairs to see the medical team trying to resuscitate him.
The grief was overwhelming for Sharon, and she struggled with regrets over their last interaction. She wished she had expressed her love for him more and held him tighter. Sharon and Ozzy had known each other for 55 years, with their relationship turning romantic later in life after she took over managing his solo career.
Sharon shared that Ozzy had vivid dreams in the final week of his life, seeing people he didn't know. She believed that Ozzy knew he was going to die soon and was ready for it. Two weeks before his death, Ozzy reunited with Black Sabbath for a farewell show in England, where he expressed gratitude to his fans and performed hits like "Crazy Train" and "Mama I’m Coming Home."
Despite health issues in his last year, including pneumonia and sepsis, Ozzy was determined to perform at the show. His medical team advised against it, but Ozzy insisted on going through with it. Sharon mentioned that after the concert, Ozzy was happier than she had seen him in years, enjoying every day to the fullest.
In a conversation with Piers Morgan, Sharon revealed that Ozzy had asked her if she would ever remarry, to which she emphatically responded with a no. The Osbourne family released a statement after Ozzy's passing, asking for privacy during their time of mourning. Ozzy and Sharon had three children together and starred in the reality show "The Osbournes" with their kids. Ozzy also had children from his first marriage.
