ACE Producers Announces New Leadership Team and Training Programs

ACE Producers has announced the appointment of Inke Van Loocke as director and Adrien Barrouillet as senior studies manager, marking a new leadership structure for the European producers organisation. Van Loocke will lead ACE’s international team in Amsterdam, focusing on executive training for independent producers in Europe. Barrouillet, who founded Furyo Films, will oversee ACE’s training programs. The changes come as Jacobine van der Vloed steps down after nine years in her dual role as director and head of studies. Under van der Vloed's leadership, ACE saw significant growth in membership and launched new training programs, including the ACE Series Special, ACE Animation Special, and ACE Leadership Special. The organization also introduced the ACE Springboard program to mentor emerging professionals. Marleen Slot, ACE Producers president, praised van der Vloed for her contributions and expressed confidence in the new leadership team. Van Loocke expressed her excitement to join ACE, emphasizing the organization's commitment to independent voices in filmmaking. Van der Vloed shared her gratitude for her time at ACE and announced plans to take some time off for hiking. ACE Producers, founded in 1993, provides entrepreneurial training to independent producers in Europe and boasts over 280 active members from 52 countries.
