The Utah Mammoth dominated the Anaheim Ducks with a 7-0 victory, breaking their four-game losing streak. JJ Peterka led the charge with two goals and two assists, while Karel Vejmelka recorded his first shutout of the season with 27 saves. Clayton Keller, Ian Cole, Lawson Crouse, Dylan Guenther, and Liam O’Brien also contributed to the Mammoth's scoring spree. The Mammoth improved to 5-10-3 after a strong start to the season. Despite a disallowed goal by Mason McTavish for the Ducks, the Mammoth's lead continued to grow throughout the game.
The Mammoth's next challenge will be against Vancouver on Friday as part of a six-game road trip, while the Ducks will face Washington in the second game of a three-game homestand.
