Tragic 12-Vehicle Crash Claims Third Victim: Updates on Jose Gutierrez's Charges

A tragic incident involving a 12-vehicle crash has resulted in the death of a third victim, as confirmed by prosecutors on Thursday. The fatal crash occurred on Nov. 18 on West Cheyenne Avenue near North Jones Boulevard, claiming the lives of Gutierrez's passenger and girlfriend, Adilene Duran Rincon, 20, and another driver, Edward Garcia, 38. Two other individuals, Jose Pena-Dominguez and his passenger, Vanessa Lanez-Vasquez, sustained critical injuries in the collision. According to reports, Gutierrez was driving an Infiniti G37 at a significantly high speed and failed to slow down before colliding with vehicles stopped at a red light. Witnesses indicated that the Infiniti was traveling at approximately 100 mph in a 45 mph zone.
