Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD's 'One More Time' EP: A Top 10 Billboard 200 Debut and Decades of Success
Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD have released their highly anticipated new album, One More Time, which debuted at No.9 on the Billboard 200 chart. This achievement has solidified Aerosmith's status as the second group and fifth act to have a top 10 album in each of the last six decades, spanning from the 1970s to the 2020s. The band's previous top 10 albums include Rocks, Pump, Get a Grip, Big Ones, Nine Lives, Just Push Play, O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits, Honkin’ On Bobo, Music From Another Dimension!, and now One More Time.
Following in the footsteps of The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith joins the elite group of artists who have achieved at least one top 10 album in every decade from the 1970s to the 2020s. Other artists who have accomplished this feat include Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, and James Taylor. One More Time also marks YUNGBLUD's first top 10 album, adding to the excitement surrounding the release.
The One More Time EP features four new songs and a revamped version of the classic Aerosmith track "Back In the Saddle," all featuring vocals from both YUNGBLUD and Steven Tyler. The EP includes tracks like "My Only Angel," "Problems," "Wild Woman," and "A Thousand Days." Additionally, a special version of "My Only Angel" called the "Desert Road Version" includes comedian Steve Martin on banjo and slide guitar, at the request of Steven Tyler himself.
During the 2025 Video Music Awards, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and YUNGBLUD performed together and shared insights about the EP. The trio paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with performances of "Crazy Train," "Changes," and "Mama, I'm Coming Home." The music video for "My Only Angel" features the musicians, excluding Steve Martin, showcasing their talents in a captivating visual representation.
