Heart Pays Tribute to Soundgarden at Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Heart paid tribute to Soundgarden's recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame by performing a cover of "Black Hole Sun" at their concert in Seattle. The band also dedicated "Magic Man" to Michael Fisher, a former collaborator who passed away earlier this year. The induction ceremony took place in Los Angeles, where Soundgarden was inducted by Jim Carrey, who shared his admiration for the band. Chris Cornell's daughter, Toni, performed "Fell on Black Days" with Nancy Wilson of Heart on guitar. A group of musicians, including Mike McCready and Jerry Cantrell, performed two more Soundgarden songs at the ceremony. Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil expressed the importance of the Seattle music scene to the band's identity.
