The collaboration between Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Yungblud came about after Yungblud released the song "Hello Heaven, Hello," catching the attention of guitarist Joe Perry. This led to a remix of the song and eventually the creation of the EP, featuring the first new Aerosmith music in 13 years, including the hit "My Only Angel" and a remix of "Back in the Saddle" with Yungblud.
