Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Car Crash Caused by Illegal Street Racing

A 33-year-old man was critically injured in a car crash on the East Side of San Antonio. The incident occurred late at night on Interstate 10 eastbound between North Foster Road and Farm-to-Market 1516. The man's vehicle, a Nissan, was hit by a BMW M4 driver who was racing against another BMW 34 on the highway. The collision caused the Nissan to roll over multiple times, and the BMW M4 driver crashed into a concrete barrier. Both BMW drivers were arrested and charged with racing causing serious bodily injury. The injured man was taken to a local hospital and remains in critical condition. The eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed for several hours following the crash.
