Former Love Island UK Star Antigoni Buxton to Represent Cyprus at Eurovision 2026

Cyprus has revealed its representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, and it is none other than former Love Island UK star, Antigoni Buxton. The 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place in Vienna from 12 to 16 May 2026 at the Wiener Stadthalle, Austria's largest indoor arena.
Antigoni Buxton will be the first performer to represent Cyprus at Eurovision 2026, and she will be singing a song that is yet to be announced. She also had the privilege of unveiling the introduction videos that will be used to announce the participating artists. These videos feature music by Thomas Thurner, who was part of the team behind Austria's winning song in 2025, "Wasted Love."
