Jade Mali, a regional manager at a real estate tech company in New York City, has been on a journey of self-discovery and transition over the past two years. She struggled with concealing her gender identity at work and found solace in expressing her true self at home. Mali began her gender transition by sharing her trans identity with close friends and family before taking the courageous step of coming out at her corporate job, where she interacts with a large number of people.
