Horses gearing up for the upcoming Breeders' Cup at Del Mar were seen breezing across the country on October 25. Sierra Leone, the 2024 Breeders' Cup Classic winner, worked alongside a stablemate at Saratoga Race Course. Contrary Thinking, who has been a pacemaker for Sierra Leone in recent races, also had a breezy workout at Belmont Park. Other contenders like Hill Road and Redistricting also had their workouts at Belmont Park in preparation for the Breeders' Cup Turf. Sierra Leone, owned by Peter Brant, is expected to be one of the entries for the Classic race.

Meanwhile, Sovereignty, the likely favorite for the Classic, had a strong gallop at Del Mar. Trainer Bill Mott is preparing the horse for the upcoming race. Wesley Ward is also getting ready for the Breeders' Cup with his promising colts Schwarzenegger and Outfielder. Schwarzenegger, a standout in the Indian Summer Stakes, had a solid breeze at Keeneland. Ward is aiming for his fourth Juvenile Turf Sprint win with Schwarzenegger, while Outfielder is set for the Juvenile Turf race.

Both colts will be heading to Del Mar along with No Nay Hudson, who is on the alternate list for the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint. The horses are gearing up for the World Championships with their final workouts before the big event.
