Operating within the principles of decommodification at Burning Man, Mayan Warrior relies on fundraisers to cover its expenses, as commercialism and sponsorships are not allowed. The art car continues to be a crowd favorite, drawing in music enthusiasts and performers like Carl Cox, who praised the art car's immersive experience and connection with the audience.
