Rush Announces 'Fifty Something Tour' to Celebrate Music and Legacy

Rush, the iconic rock band, has announced their first tour in 11 years, titled the “Fifty Something Tour” to celebrate their music, legacy, and the late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart. The tour will feature German musician Anika Nilles on drums and will kick off on June 7 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, where Peart played his final concert with Rush in 2015. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson expressed their excitement to perform Rush's music once again and pay tribute to their past and Neil Peart.
Following an overwhelming fan response, the tour has been expanded to include additional dates in Los Angeles, Fort Worth, Chicago, New York, Toronto, and Cleveland. The tour will now conclude on September 19 at Rocket Arena in Cleveland. Rush, known for hits like “Tom Sawyer” and “The Spirit of Radio,” has had a successful career with multiple top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1994.
