Warner Bros. Pictures in Talks with Jim Carrey for Live-Action 'The Jetsons' Movie, Directed by Colin Trevorrow
Warner Bros. Pictures is in discussions with Jim Carrey to star in a live-action adaptation of the 1960s animated series, The Jetsons. The film will be directed by Colin Trevorrow, with Joe Epstein and Trevorrow negotiating to write the script. The Jetsons, a popular Hanna-Barbera show, follows the futuristic adventures of the Jetson family, including George, Jane, Judy, Elroy, Rosie the robot, and Astro the dog.
