Recap: 59th International Conference of Horseracing Authorities Highlights Betting, Marketing, and Customer Experience
The 59th International Conference of Horseracing Authorities, hosted by the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA), recently took place in Paris, France. The event focused on racing betting, marketing, and customer experience. The first International Conference of Horseracing Authorities was held in Paris in 1967 and has been organized annually by the IFHA since 1994. This year's conference saw over 165 delegates from around 40 countries, with the Japan Racing Association (JRA) becoming the official partner of the event in 2021.
