The facility has been a central location for soccer activities in Great Falls for about 22 years, following the construction of the complex through a community bond measure. The upcoming fundraiser aims to address not only the irrigation system but also the need for new indoor turf at the fairgrounds during the winter months.
In addition to the physical upgrades, the club is looking to expand scholarship opportunities for players who require financial assistance for travel expenses and other costs. The main fundraising event, "A Night for the Goal," is set for October 25 at Heritage Inn, featuring a masquerade ball with dancing, dinner, a silent auction, and a 50/50 drawing.
