35th Annual Midlands FCA Golf Classic: Swing for a Cause and Make a Difference
The Midlands Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been hosting the Midlands FCA Golf Classic for 35 years to raise support for the organization. Golfers, businesses, and community supporters are invited to participate in the event on Tuesday, October 28 at Fort Jackson Golf Club in Columbia. This annual tradition combines competitive fun with a life-changing impact, supporting FCA's vision of transforming the world through the influence of coaches and athletes. Midlands FCA serves over 175,000 coaches and athletes across 15 counties in central South Carolina.
The tournament kicks off at 8:30 a.m. with check-in and practice time, followed by a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. Participants can enjoy lunch from Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry Road and "Ribs at the Turn" from Doko Smoke BBQ. Golfers will have the chance to win prizes and enhance their team with Gamecocks or Tigers.
