Thunder Celebration Transforms Book Fair at Stanley Hupfeld Academy

A librarian at a school in northwest Oklahoma City has creatively transformed an upcoming book fair into a Thunder celebration. Jacque Bush, the librarian at Stanley Hupfeld Academy, has given the library a Thunder-themed makeover, resembling the Paycom Center. The library now features a replica basketball court with Rumble, the team's mascot, dunking a basketball in front of enthusiastic student fans.

The book fair at the library is adorned with basketball tablecloths and Thunder flags, creating an immersive Thunder experience for the students. A highlight of the setup is a scoreboard hanging from the ceiling, displaying the final score of the NBA Finals Game 7 that secured the team's first championship since relocating to Oklahoma City. Bush and the school's art teacher dedicated their weekend to preparing the Thunder-themed book fair, with everything being homemade, including the impressive Rumble in Loud City display.

The Thunder-themed book fair at Stanley Hupfeld Academy is a testament to the school's creative spirit and dedication to engaging students in a fun and educational way. The Thunder celebration in the library not only promotes reading and literacy but also fosters a sense of community and school spirit among the students. The Thunder-themed decorations and displays add an exciting and interactive element to the book fair, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for all who attend.
