Protests Outside ICE Facility: Conservative Influencer Nick Sortor Arrested Alongside Angela Davis and Son Mi Yi
Last week, protests outside the ICE facility led to the arrests of conservative influencer Nick Sortor and two others. Angela Davis, one of the arrested individuals, was identified based on information from confidential reliable sources embedded in the crowd. Witnesses reported Sortor walking down the street with a bright light on his phone, provoking a negative response from people. A person in black intervened, leading to a confrontation with yelling and shoving. Son Mi Yi was seen shoving an umbrella with "ACAB" written on it in Sortor's face before Sortor grabbed and threw the umbrella, prompting a chase by Davis, who was dressed like a bird with feathers and swinging a stick. Davis, Sortor, and Mi Yi face charges of 2nd degree disorderly conduct and were released from jail pending arraignment. The District Attorney will decide on proceeding with charges against Sortor.
