The Hook: A Songwriting Showcase - Next Event on September 29th at Eastside Bowl in Nashville

Join us for the next installment of "The Hook," a songwriting showcase featuring established songwriters and anyone who wants to perform their unreleased songs in front of an audience and film crew. The event is free and open to all music enthusiasts.

The show will be held at Eastside Bowl in Nashville at The '58 room from 7:30 to 9:30 on Monday, September 29th. Performers interested in signing up should arrive by 7:00 and bring their guitar if possible.

The first official run of The Hook on September 1st featured talented singer/songwriter Victoria Camp, who wowed the audience with her unreleased song "Jonesin'." Victoria Camp was also honored as The Hook's first "Golden Patch" winner for her exceptional performance.

Country music artist Jami Grooms also delivered a powerful performance with his song "The Night I Killed Myself," showcasing the kind of talent The Hook aims to highlight. Cody Tinnon, known for his work with the Stillhouse Junkies, performed his original song "Treeline" and received a silver patch for his performance.

Other notable performers included Paul Orehovec, Afton Wolf, Joel Shummake, KP Hawthorn, and Elise Meschery, each bringing their unique songs to the stage. The event was captured by a production crew, setting the stage for the upcoming pilot episode on September 29th.
