Baku Grand Prix Practice Recap: Lando Norris Leads the Way

McLaren's Lando Norris topped the timesheets in the final practice session for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, setting a time of 1:41.223s. He was followed by Max Verstappen and championship leader Oscar Piastri in third place. Lewis Hamilton and the Mercedes duo of Kimi Antonelli and George Russell completed the top six.

Alex Albon of Williams finished seventh, with Haas' Oliver Bearman in eighth place. Liam Lawson of Racing Bulls recovered from a spin to finish ninth, while Charles Leclerc of Ferrari rounded out the top 10. Isack Hadjar and Nico Hulkenberg finished in 11th and 12th places, respectively.

Norris' impressive performance in the final practice session bodes well for McLaren ahead of qualifying for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
