Iron Maiden guitarist Adrian Smith and drummer Nicko McBrain, who recently retired from live performances, joined forces with Tool bassist Justin Chancellor to perform at Smith's daughter's wedding in Tuscany, Italy. The trio jammed together, with Smith also taking on vocal duties, covering Jeff Beck's "Going Down" at the private event. This marked McBrain's return to the stage after his retirement announcement in December, following a health scare earlier in the year. Despite his health issues, McBrain participated in Maiden's recent world tour, with Simon Dawson now taking over live drumming duties. Maiden, celebrating their 50th anniversary, are gearing up for more tour dates and have a documentary film in the works, featuring insights from current and former members as well as famous fans like Lars Ulrich and Gene Simmons.
