One of the highlights is a signature cocktail inspired by Taylor Swift, named "The Alchemy," which is expected to be a best seller at the restaurant.

During an interview on 610 Sports Radio, Mahomes shared his excitement about the project and the Swift-themed drink. The restaurant, developed in partnership with Noble 33, aims to provide a multi-sensory experience for guests. The interior features a stadium walkout-inspired entrance, a lively bar with live music, and an upstairs dining room with private access. The name "1587" pays homage to Mahomes' jersey number (15) and Kelce's (87).

"The Alchemy" cocktail, named after a track from Swift's album "The Tortured Poets Department," is a blend of clarified citrus vodka, Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao, aronia berry, cranberry, strawberry, lime, and oolong tea. It is part of the "Players" cocktail section, which includes drinks dedicated to Mahomes, Kelce, and Brittany Mahomes. The restaurant promises to offer a unique dining experience that celebrates the players' connection to the city and their fans.
