The series, presented by United MileagePlus® Cards from Chase, was filmed at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City in front of a live audience. Frampton was interviewed by guitarist, singer, and songwriter Warren Haynes, where they discussed Frampton's musical journey and creative processes, including some of his iconic hits like "Do You Feel Like We Do", "Baby I Love Your Way", and "Show Me The Way".

The Art of Music, created by Don Maggi of iMaggination, aims to provide viewers with a unique glimpse into the lives and creative practices of artists at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. In this episode, Frampton shared stories about his extensive music catalog and significant moments in his career, including the success of his album "Frampton Comes Alive!" which remains one of the top-selling live records of all time, selling over 17 million copies worldwide.

The episode featuring Peter Frampton on The Art of Music will be broadcast on public television stations nationwide starting September 6, 2025. Fans can also watch the episode on The Art of Music website or stream it on the PBS app. The World Channel will air the episode on October 4 at 7pm ET, with a repeat on October 6 at 5am ET. The program will also be available on the All Arts Channel and app in the New York Metro area on October 25 at 9 pm.
