Dierks Bentley's Sleep Saga: Separate Beds, Shared Love

Country music star Dierks Bentley recently shared details about his sleep habits and how it has led to him and his wife sleeping in separate rooms. Bentley, who has been married to Cassidy Bentley for 20 years, revealed that he requires specific conditions to fall asleep, including three pillows positioned a certain way. This has caused them to have separate beds with a clear line between them.
To address his sleep troubles, Bentley decided to separate their sleeping arrangements by getting two platform beds, box springs, and mattresses. Each of them now has their own duvet, and there is a visible division between their beds. Bentley likened this setup to having independent suspension on each side of a truck.
Despite their efforts to improve their sleeping situation, Bentley admitted that his wife often ends up sleeping on the couch or in another room due to his difficulties falling asleep. He acknowledged the need to get their sleeping arrangements back on track and joked about the big plan to have his wife move back into their room.
While Bentley's sleep issues also affect him when he's on the road performing, he mentioned that it sometimes enhances his emotional connection with the audience. However, he emphasized that getting quality sleep is his top priority when he returns home. Bentley and his wife, who met in middle school, have been through ups and downs before finally tying the knot in 2005.
As they approach their 20th anniversary, Bentley and his wife are planning something special to celebrate the milestone. They are considering hiking Kilimanjaro as a unique way to mark the occasion. The couple, who have three children together, are looking forward to commemorating their journey together over the years.
