As Care UK takes over the management of The Hollies, the community is poised to benefit from the company's expertise and resources in the care sector. The acquisition reflects Care UK's commitment to expanding its portfolio of homes and enhancing the quality of care services offered to residents. The former managing director of The Hollies, Jonathan Hawkins, acknowledges the complexity of the deal but credits RSM's experience and guidance for facilitating a successful sale. The collaboration between all parties involved sets the stage for a positive future for The Hollies under Care UK's ownership.
