Exciting Changes at Canadian Tire Centre for the 2025-26 NHL Season

The Ottawa Senators have revealed the exciting changes coming to the Canadian Tire Centre for the 2025-26 NHL season, including a fresh look for players with the introduction of a new third jersey. The new red jersey features black and gold trim on the shoulders and elbows and will be worn 13 times throughout the season. As the Canadian Tire Centre celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2026, fans can expect upgraded seats in the 100-level and 200-level suites, a new ice-level bar, and some modifications that will slightly reduce the seat count to just under 18,000.

In addition to the new jersey and arena upgrades, the Senators have planned a variety of promotional nights for fans to enjoy, including Oktoberfest, Halloween, Indigenous culture celebration, Country Night, Arcade Night, and Home for the Holidays. Special events like Hockey Fights Cancer, Igniting Hope, and Hockey Talk will also be featured, with four Ignite the Red nights in the first half of the season and a bobblehead giveaway night. Fanfest is set to take place on Sept. 21 before the preseason game against Toronto, and a 30th anniversary celebration for the Canadian Tire Centre is scheduled for Jan. 17, 2026, against the Montreal Canadiens.

The team has announced a new partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, bringing a selection of soft drinks to the arena, including Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Nestea, and Crush. These beverages will complement the existing line of Cola and Lemon Lime drinks available at the Canadian Tire Centre, making it the first major sports venue in Canada to offer Keurig Dr Pepper Canada's products. Additionally, fans can look forward to new food items at the arena, such as smash burgers, tourtière kettle nachos, and braised beef shank grilled cheese at the concession stands, as well as the Brady Burger—a bison burger with aged cheddar, double-smoked bacon, and pickle ketchup on a brioche bun in club seats and restaurants.

On the business front, the Senators have secured 13 new corporate partners and sponsorships for the season and have experienced a double-digit increase in season ticket sales. Tickets for the first half of the 2025-26 season will go on sale Thursday, offering fans the opportunity to be part of the exciting changes and events at the Canadian Tire Centre.
