Ziggyfest: A Celebration of David Bowie in London

London is gearing up to celebrate the legendary David Bowie with a day-long festival this weekend, featuring a special look-alike competition. The festival, known as Ziggyfest, will be held at the Bowie-themed Ziggy Green café. A panel of judges, including Bowie's original collaborators like Woody Woodmansey and Suzi Ronson, will determine the winner of the competition, who will receive a £500 cash prize, a Daisy Green Black Card, and a self-portrait by photographer Chris Duffy. The festival will also include a champagne brunch, a Bowie tour of Soho, and a conversation with Chris Duffy. Hosted by Katie Puckrik and Chris Sullivan, the event will feature a silent auction with exclusive items, with proceeds going to Magic Breakfast and Sarabande charities. Ziggyfest will take place at Ziggy Green, 1 Heddon Street, W1B 4BD, from noon to 1am on Saturday, 6 September. While tickets for the main event are sold out, fans can still participate in the look-alike contest.
