The trailer for Bradley Cooper's latest film, "Is This Thing On?," has been released by Searchlight Pictures. The movie stars Will Arnett, Laura Dern, Cooper, Andra Day, and Sean Hayes. Inspired by British comedian John Bishop's life, the story revolves around a divorced couple raising two children. Alex (Arnett) decides to pursue a career in stand-up comedy in New York City's West Village. The cast also includes Christine Ebersole, Ciarán Hinds, Peyton Manning, and Amy Sedaris. Cooper, Mark Chappell, and Arnett wrote the script, with Cooper and Weston Middleton producing under their Lea Pictures banner, alongside Arnett and Kris Thykier.
The world premiere of "Is This Thing On?" will take place at the New York Film Festival on Oct. 10 at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall. Cooper expressed his excitement about debuting the film at the festival, highlighting the energy and unique filmmaking opportunities that New York City offers.
