Thompson, 19, was arrested in Oswego for conspiracy. Holly R. Bayle, 56, was arrested in Scriba for stalking and other charges. Jazzmen C. Davis, 25, was arrested in Redfield for petit larceny. Kaley L. Tubolino, 19, was arrested in Scriba for menacing. Nolan R. Webster, 32, was arrested in Richland for failure to report change as a sex offender. James D. Crandall, 51, was arrested in Granby for unlawful surveillance. Brandon M. Heffernan, 39, was arrested in Martville based on an arrest warrant. Tosha A. Miles, 43, was arrested in Constantia for criminal mischief. Kenneth W. McGuinness, 46, was arrested in Oswego based on two arrest warrants. Amanda M. Moffett, 26, was arrested in Parish for various charges including drug possession and fleeing from an officer. These individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on specific dates.
