It is poised to break into the Top 25 domestic superhero movies of all time by surpassing Thor: Love and Thunder's gross of $343.2 million. However, reaching the Top 20 would require Superman to earn an additional $40.9 million, a challenging feat given its current availability on VOD platforms.

While Superman may face challenges in climbing higher in the box office rankings, it has already achieved significant success. Surpassing the domestic gross of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Superman stands as the highest-grossing movie featuring the iconic superhero.
