For those in Whatcom County, the Whatcom County Fire Marshal's Office has introduced online burn complaint forms for reporting illegal or unsafe burning activities. Residents can use these forms to report non-emergency concerns such as burning prohibited materials or nuisance smoke. In case of an actively burning or dangerous fire, individuals should still call 9-1-1 immediately.
