Morgan Wallen Tops TouchTunes Artists Chart for Second Quarter 2025

Morgan Wallen has once again claimed the top spot on the TouchTunes Artists Chart for the second quarter of 2025. His music was a popular choice on TouchTunes jukeboxes, with 10 appearances on the Frontline and Catalog rankings during this period. The TouchTunes charts track the most played songs and artists on jukeboxes from April 1 to June 30, with the Frontline ranking featuring music released in the last 18 months and the Catalog tally including older music. Wallen's 10 appearances are the most by any artist since the charts began being published quarterly a year ago.
Wallen's success can be attributed to the release of his fourth studio album, "I'm the Problem," which debuted in May and has been dominating the Billboard 200 chart. The album's title track has climbed to the No. 2 spot on the latest Frontline list, with six other songs from the album making appearances. Wallen also features on Post Malone's "I Had Some Help" and has songs like "Whiskey Glasses" and "Cowgirls" on the Catalog ranking.
Despite his strong presence on the charts, Wallen has yet to secure a No. 1 song, with Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" and Chris Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey" holding the top spots on the Frontline and Catalog charts, respectively. Shaboozey's reign on the Frontline chart may be coming to an end as he drops to No. 5 on the Artists tally, with Toby Keith, Chris Stapleton, and AC/DC moving up in the rankings.
The rock genre continues to dominate TouchTunes plays, accounting for 38% of plays across both Frontline and Catalog titles. Country music follows closely behind at 23%, with country songs making up 44% of Frontline songs. Newcomers like Jessie Murph and Drake have made waves on the charts, with their songs debuting in the top rankings.
Overall, Morgan Wallen's music continues to resonate with TouchTunes users, solidifying his position as a top artist on the platform. The diverse range of music genres and new releases keep the charts dynamic and reflective of current music trends.
